At the time of booking if I don’t get a confirmation, what do I do?

If a confirmation page doesn’t display once you complete your booking, check your email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes, let us know at info@nkarbooking.com and we will send your confirmation details.

What is an e-ticket?

An electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a digital ticket that will be sent you via email, which you need to print out. The e-ticket includes the PNR number and the travel Itinerary

How long does it take to process a refund?

The refund will take 3 to 4 weeks and the amount will redirect to your account within 15-20 working days.

How much baggage can I carry on the flight?

Cabin and checked-in baggage allowance varies from airline to airline and it is also based on the destination you are travelling to and the booking class type (economy, business or first). To find out the exact baggage allowance, please call our hotline on 0777491100.

Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it’s very important. Some airports don’t allow you inside without a printout of your e-ticket, so be sure to carry it with you. However times are changing and technologically advanced cities accept passengers without the printed ticket provided you show a soft copy on your smart phone

How long before flight departure do I need to be at the airport?

Please arrive at least 3 hours prior to departure for economy and 2 hours prior to departure for business, first class tickets.

I entered wrong spelling for my name while booking. How can I change?

You can call us to check whether the airline you’ve booked will agree to allow the changes or not to allow the require change-of-name requests. Most of them do, and we can pass your request to the airline. However, if the airline doesn’t allow it, you have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Charges may apply.

I have entered the wrong name. How can I change it?

The airline doesn’t allow name change on the ticket, you have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Airline cancellation charges may apply.

I have booked my ticket, but I need to add my child now. How do I do it?

Do I have to reconfirm my air ticket?

No, you don’t have to reconfirm your e-ticket unless you have done some modification to your existing booking.

What are the cancellation charges?

Cancellation charges depend on the sector, airline, ticket, if you need any details about cancellation charges just drop us a mail at info@nkarbooking.com we will get the charges applicable to your reservation.

How many children can an adult accompany with him?

You can book any number of children but the total number of passenger’s count will be restricted to 9.

Can we book for children?

Yes, you can book for children but they have to be within the age limit of 2-12 years.

Can we book tickets for infants?

Yes, tickets can be booked for infants. However for an infant to travel there are certain requirements to be met. These requirements are as follows:

The infant should be accompanied by an adult with a minimum age of 18 years.

The infant must be below the age of 2 years when travelling (at completion of journey).

You can only book for one infant per adult.

When travelling, every passenger accompanying an infant should carry a valid passport or endorsed on the parent’s passport as a valid travel document.

What are the different classes that can be booked?

The usual 3 classes namely economy, business and first class (this option depends on the airline) can be booked.

How do I make changes to a flight reservation?

What is the maximum number of seats per booking?

You can book 9 seats per transaction with a combination of adult, children, and infant.

What is code share flight?

Code–share describes that the ticket has been sold by an airline and operated by a partner airline. It is an arrangement basis business between two or more airlines to use each other’s aircrafts.

What is a transit airport?

A transit airport is a place where you land to make a flight change or an airline change. And you are strictly not allowed to leave the airport. You can find detailed information regarding your transits in your e-ticket.

What is a non-stop flight?

Non-stop flight flies from city to city without any stops (or transit).

What is a connecting flight?

Connecting flights have immediate stops at transit airports and a change of aircrafts or change of airlines.

Hotel Booking

How will I get the hotel contact details?

The hotel details – Contact Number, Email ID, Address and other important details will be mentioned on the confirmation voucher, which you will receive once the booking is confirmed.

Is it possible to get early/late Check In/Out?

It depends on the availability of the rooms that the hotel might have its clearance. Further, there are also chances that a hotel may charge you for one day extra in the case of an early Check-In or late Check-Out. Should you have any such requirement, do let us know which hotel you have booked or you are interested in booking, and we will find out the timings for you as well as any other information you may require.

What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?

The standard check-in time is after 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 hours. But it may differ from season to season and City to City. Please check with the hotel for clarity.

Can more than three adults stay in one room?

Most of the hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn’t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. If you have doubts, check directly with your hotel for their extra-guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed in the room you’ve booked.

What’s the different between a Double and Twin Room?

A Double Room has 1 King-size bed and a Twin Room has 2 single or Queen-sized bed.

Do I have to reconfirm my hotel booking?

No, you don’t have to reconfirm your hotel booking, but it is always safer to check if everything is in order with your booking, check-in time etc.
